Shipping Policy We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns unless an item was sent incorrectly. Once shipped, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged items within 5 days of receiving your package.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately and do not open the soap. Given the nature of our products, we cannot refund orders with tampered or broken packaging.

Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience. All transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure your personal information is protected.

Product Information Our soaps are crafted in small batches using 100% grass-fed tallow and other botanical oils. Each bar is handmade, so slight variations in color, size, and scent may occur. We use natural ingredients free from fake fillers, fragrances, and colors to ensure the highest quality products.

Allergy Disclaimer While we use all-natural ingredients, our products may contain allergens such as nuts, oils, and botanicals. If you have any known allergies, please review the ingredient list carefully before use. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. FAT COW SOAP is not liable for any adverse reactions.

Health Considerations Always consider your health when trying a new product. FAT COW SOAP is not responsible for reactions to our soap bars. Your doctor and your personal knowledge of your health conditions are your best guides in choosing new soap products. Please be mindful of your own allergies when selecting soaps to use.

Pet Safety Please keep our soaps away from pets. The primary ingredient in our soap is beef fat, which may attract animals.

Usage Instructions For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not ingest. Not suitable for children.

Environmental Commitment We are committed to sustainability. Our packaging is minimal and without plastics, and we prioritize sourcing  our tallow from local regenerative  farms in Virginia. Our tallow is sourced from ONLY grass-fed cattle, and we aim to reduce waste and our environmental footprint in every step of our production process.
